My name is Kip. I’m a professional personal trainer and a champion body builder. I have over 20 years of experience in fitness, specializing in resistance training and conditioning for sports and fitness.
My gym is for private, personal training, one-on-one only, so you get the most out of every workout. You have the whole gym to yourself for the hour-long session. There are no gym fees and no waiting—just results. I don’t work at all on location at other gyms; I only train at my gym.
